EMAIL COMMUNICATION

GEOLOCATION
This website uses Geolocation scripts to determine the country you’re browsing from to provide a more customised experience. Your Geolocation data is not stored by our website.
Returns & Refunds Policy
You can return your Saint Louve product within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Saint Louve Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which do not meet the eligibility criteria.
To be eligible for a return:
1) The packaging and/or product is faulty (photographic evidence will be required). Please be aware that any items that have been physically damaged from dropping or mistreatment will not be refunded.
2) You have had a reaction (not irritation) to the product (photographic evidence will be required)
3) The item was purchased online at our official store www.saintlouve.com.au or at our exclusive stockist The Louve Skin Clinic unfortunately, we cannot accept change of mind purchases.
Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded.
How to complete your return:
If you meet the eligibility criteria above and would like to return your product, please contact support@saintlouve.com.au and state the Order number and reason for return. Please include whether you are requesting a refund or replacement item. Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund/replacement after inspecting the item within 5 working days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or generate a new sales order to ship your replacement item. Please allow 3 working days for the refunds to be approved by your purchasing merchant. Return Shipping Costs Once you have notified us of your wish to return the item for assessment and we approve the return, we will send details to your email address on how to return the item at our cost.

Shipping Policy
Currently shipping to Australia, NEW ZEALAND & USA
All orders over $100 within Australia receive complimentary standard shipping with an option to upgrade to next Express Post for $12.
All orders under $100 within Australia can exact a flat rate of $8.95 for standard shipping with an option to upgrade to next Express Post for $12.
All New Zealand Orders can expect a Flat Rate of $15 for standard international shipping.
All USA Orders can expect a FREE DHL Express delivery.
For all orders, Saint Louve Skincare is partnered with our own couriers and will be sent out using our distribution service. This service allows very fast delivery times (1-3 business days to most parts of Australia) once the order has been processed. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking emails directly from us.

Please note, your order may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. Saint Louve Pty Ltd is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges. In addition, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from Saint Louve you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping) at a cost to duties, fees, taxes and/or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping.

Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by the freight company, payment authorization, or public holidays. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company. When you order a product or products from Saint Louve, they will be forwarded to you by registered post. The relevant postage fee will be added to your purchase.
You understand that all information, specifications, samples, and items/products provided to you by Saint Louve are approximations only and, subject to any guarantees applicable under Australian Consumer Law, slight variations, or small deviations, will not entitle you to reject the item/product upon delivery, or to make any claim in respect thereof. You acknowledge that any advice, recommendation, assistance, information or service given by Saint Louve, its servants and/or agents is given in good faith, with a belief that the warranty is accurate and appropriate and, you acknowledge that we do not accept any liability or responsibility for any loss suffered as a result of your reliance on such warranty, advice, assistance, recommendation, information, assistance or service.
